The Senior Estimator will prepare accurate cost estimates, review project plans, liaise with clients and subcontractors, analyze bids, and identify project risks to ensure profitable project delivery. Additional responsibilities include managing bid documents, preparing proposals, and collaborating closely with project teams to support the bidding process and project execution.QualificationsProficiency in cost estimation, bid preparation, and tender evaluationStrong skills in project analysis, risk identification, and budget forecastingExperience with project management software and construction estimating toolsKnowledge of Heavy Civil Construction, ROW Access, and Logistics industriesExcellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building abilitiesDemonstrated ability to work effectively on-site as part of a multidisciplinary teamFamiliarity with safety protocols and compliance in a construction environmentBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., CST, PMP) are a plusUtilities & Right of Way Experience is a plus.Compensation:$100,000 – $150,000 annuallyPerformance-based bonus potentialAdditional Info:Part-time professionals are welcome to applyIn-Person / Remote / Hybrid Flexibility
