Minimum RequirementsAssociate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.Active South Dakota State COTA license required to start the assignment.BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.Experience providing restorative programs, ADL training, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and follow treatment plans under an OT.
