Staff Accountant - Hybrid in Gaithersburg About the Company and Opportunity: Our client is a highly regarded organization who is dedicated to the education community. Due to project, they are seeking to add a temporary Staff Accountant while they automate processes. Pay: $30-33/hr depending on experience. Hybrid: 2 days in, 3 days remote Duration: approx. 6 months Free parking Overview of the Staff Accountant role: Full-cycle AP 1099s for Vendors Reconciliations and Journal Entries Month-end close Budgeting Ad hoc projects/reporting Preferred Qualifications for the Staff Accountant: Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required 3+ years of accounting experience NetSuite software is a plus, but not required Proficient in Microsoft Office – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs are a plus #INMAR2026
