Senior Program Director

Overview In this role you will lead IT contract support operations for large programs, coordinating multi-project delivery and interfacing with client executives. You will plan, cost, and enforce work standards while guiding a team of analysts, programmers, and specialists. The role emphasizes ITIL-based service management, strong communications, and customer-focused, results-driven delivery. You will shape project plans, assess feasibility of information systems, and ensure performance of the overall task order in collaboration with client and contractor teams.
