Architect

Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Architect to collaborate with our team and bring architectural vision to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating functional and beautiful interior spaces. This role involves working on a variety of projects, from residential and commercial. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Work in hand with the lead designer to develop detailed design plans and 3D models that align with the firm’s aesthetic and client needs. Technical Documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and other team members to integrate architectural elements with interior design concepts. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies. Incorporate innovative solutions and sustainable practices into design proposals. Requirements: Familiar with industry standard construction technology solutions (i.e. BIM 360, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Procore. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Minimum of 10 years of experience in all phases of architectural projects. Proficiency in Revit, Autocad, Sketch up and all Microsoft Office. Knowledge of permitting requirements, City Code, Building Code, Fire Codes and all to get plans submitted for both residential and commercial projects. Knowledge in coordinating with onsite contractors in planning and designing when specific subs are engaged. Extensive knowledge and experience in the production and quality control of construction documents, submittals and RFI’s for both commercial and residential projects. Experience with high end projects, large custom homes and medium-large TI and commercial projects.
