Working in the Medical Surgical (Med Surg) department, the LPN/LVN collaborates with Registered Nurses (RNs) and the healthcare team to support patient safety, comfort, and a positive patient experience.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and changes in health status.Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and comfort.Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered and permitted by licensure.Document patient care and observations in the electronic health record (EHR) & communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Maintain infection control standards and patient safety protocols.Apply for this job onlineEmail this job to a friendConnect With Us!Not ready to apply?
