Requirements: Minimum 2 years of professional cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or both) Fluent in English strong communication skills are a must Own cleaning supplies and equipment you must be fully prepared to provide high-quality services Reliable transportation you will be responsible for traveling to client locations in New Jersey As an independent contractor you should have liability insurance Ideal Candidate Is: Punctual and trustworthy Able to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-focused and takes pride in delivering excellent service Comfortable following specific instructions and customizing services per client requests If selected recent photo is required with driver license. Also, background check at the cost of applicant Copy of liability insurance This is a 1099 contractor position, you will have control over your schedule and client load, with opportunities for consistent work.
