Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Orlando, FL. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and executing travel arrangements, providing customized itinerary recommendations, managing client bookings, and ensuring seamless travel solutions. Additionally, the role entails delivering outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert advice. Qualifications Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized Travel ArrangementsExperience in handling Reservations and managing client bookingsStrong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and build positive client relationshipsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of travel industry tools or software is a plusHigh school diploma required; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
