Oracle Order to Cash Solutions Delivery Manager

We are currently engaged in a search for an Oracle Order to Cash (OTC) Solution Delivery Manager for a global enterprise who will lead the strategy, delivery, optimization, and modernization of its highly complex Order-to-Cash ecosystem.This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving business process transformation, Oracle application modernization, and organizational change across customer creation, pricing, order management, fulfillment, and revenue recognition processes.The Oracle Order to Cash Solution Delivery Manager will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and operational excellence, leading business analysts and partnering with executive stakeholders, business leaders, architects, developers, and third-party delivery teams to simplify and modernize a heavily customized Oracle Order to Cash environment while establishing the foundation for a future Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation.In this role, the Oracle Order to Cash (OTC) Solution Delivery Manager will:Direct and mentor a team of business analysts through all project phases: discovery, requirements gathering, process analysis and solution design, testing and deployment.Lead multiple critical initiatives, including Oracle Order to Cash de-customization, Oracle Advanced Pricing optimization, EDI order processing transformation, Oracle EBS upgrades, and long-term Order-to-Cash modernization efforts.Drive requirements gathering, influence enterprise architecture decisions, and execute transformational programs while supporting ongoing business operations.Drive modernization and simplification of a highly customized Oracle Order-to-Cash environment.Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate current-state processes and define future-state operating models aligned with Oracle best practices.Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, eliminate customizations, improve controls, and increase process automation.Manage competing priorities and navigate challenging stakeholder environments to drive consensus and decision-making.Lead organizational change management efforts associated with process redesign, system simplification, and enterprise transformation initiatives.The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:Leadership in Oracle Order-to-Cash processes including a combination of Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Revenue Recognition and or EDI Order Processing.Oversight and governance for Order-to-Cash, Order Management or Advanced Pricing environments.Oracle EBS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle APEX Application environments.Oracle EBS environments including transition or migration to Oracle Fusion. (preferred).Navigation of complex stakeholder environments,Evaluate current Oracle configurations and customizations to maximize utilization of standard Oracle functionality.Assess existing customizations and integrations for upgrade readiness.Collaborating with stakeholders, architects and development teams.Work Environment: This role is hybrid with three days on-site in Southeastern, Massachusetts.Please Note: Our client is not sponsoring visa’s for this role.
