Our client, a well-established builder in Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee residential projects, renovations, and property development projects.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the residential construction environment - bringing projects from design through delivery - while balancing budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations.What You’ll DoLead the full project lifecycle: acquisition, permitting, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and delivery.Manage teams of employees and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and to exacting standards.Oversee design and finish details to achieve cohesive, high-quality results.Serve as the key liaison between clients, lenders, architects, engineers, and inspectors.Monitor compliance, conduct inspections, and resolve issues quickly to maintain momentum.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in residential construction project management — new builds, renovations, or high-end custom homes.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and in-house crews.Deep knowledge of permitting, municipal codes, and construction financing.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in construction management tools (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, design/estimating software).Estimating/Sales experienceSomeone who knows local architectsPMP certification (or similar) is a plus, along with ProcoreWhy JoinOpportunity to work on high-end, design-focused residential projects.Be part of a tight-knit, quality-driven team with strong client relationships.Competitive compensation package with room for professional growth.
