About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Care Professional to join our team. As a Direct Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with disabilities. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their safety, health, and well-being. Your role will be critical in helping our clients achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportationAbility to pass a criminal background check, preemployment physical and TB testExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with individuals with disabilitiesCertification in CPR and First AidExperience with behavior management techniquesExperience with electronic health records Responsibilities:Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication managementDevelop and implement individualized care plansMaintain accurate and up-to-date client recordsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our clientsSkills:
