Batch Operator

Blender: Primarily responsible for operating the flour load out systems and the bin transfer system. Obtain flour samples and run analysis for positive release of each load shipped Work with the Facility Administrator, General Plant Support, feed merchant and the mill to meet customer delivery and product specification requirements Tailing checks and positive release of each load shipping out. Daily magnet and metal detector checks Bulk Loader: Conduct bulk trailer inspection prior to each load shipping, per MMC food requirements. Load flour and feed into trucks Verify and process shipping papers (BOL’s/COA’s) and all required loading documents. Set up & blow back of finished product from trailers into the Mill. Monitor and document on outside grounds checklist the conditions in feed and flour loadout. Spot trailers for loading and pick-up by FXI using the yard tractor Shared: Follow load out truck schedule Troubleshoot and solve problems related to load out. Make decisions and handle multiple priorities. Perform sanitation and minor maintenance duties. Monitor and document filter differential readings.
