This role is responsible for managing project execution from kickoff through commissioning and closeout while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer and quality expectations.The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience supporting BAS, controls, HVAC, or building systems projects, along with proven expertise in budget management, customer communication, and coordination of field installation teams and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:Manage internal and external resources to ensure project teams have the required skills and support to complete BAS installation projects successfullyEstablish and manage project critical paths and timelines to ensure all phases align with project schedulesDevelop, monitor, and manage project budgets throughout all project phasesSupport project teams in troubleshooting and resolving unforeseen technical and operational issuesCommunicate project status updates, risks, and delivery impacts to:StakeholdersCustomersTeam membersLeadership teamsManage customer expectations and proactively address project gaps or concernsOwn and manage all project change requests, including:Scope changesBudget impactsApproval processesEnsure adherence to customer-defined standards, procedures, and quality expectationsPrioritize project issues for resolution, escalation, or follow-upCoordinate on-site system checkout and commissioning activities with:ProgrammersField techniciansSubcontractorsOrder and manage project Bill of Materials (BOM) as requiredCreate and maintain project schedules, milestones, and status tracking documentationEnsure timely completion of:Project closeout documentationSystem software deliveryFinancial milestone approvalsDeliver exceptional customer service and project execution qualityQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred in:EngineeringConstruction ManagementBusinessRelated fieldOR equivalent industry experienceExperience managing:Building Automation System (BAS) projectsControls system installationsHVAC or facility systems projectsStrong experience with:Budget managementChange managementProject schedulingCustomer communicationExperience coordinating:Field installation teamsProgrammersSubcontractorsCommissioning activitiesStrong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with:Building controls systemsHVAC automationSystem commissioningFacility automation projectsFamiliarity with:Project financial trackingConstruction project workflowsBuilding systems integrationAbout BEPC:BEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries like technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
