As an energy-saving solutions provider with core competencies in power electronics and automation, Delta's business categories include Power Electronics, Mobility, Automation, and Infrastructure.About The RoleWe are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager – Data Center Power to lead power infrastructure projects, providing technical oversight, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success from inception to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & Execution:Plan, manage, and oversee power infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are metTechnical Oversight:Apply expertise in power supply, power distribution, and thermal management to guide technical decisions, validate designs, and optimize system performanceStakeholder Management:Serve as primary technical contact person for strategic customers and internal teams. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and service teams to drive project successSite Management & Quality:Conduct site evaluations, oversee installation quality, and ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Position requires up to 30% travelFinancial Management:Develop and control project budgets, track expenses, maintain target margins, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project successVendor Coordination:Build and manage supplier relationships, evaluate proposals, and optimize procurement strategies to enhance project efficiency and valueProject Controls:Maintain comprehensive project documentation, oversee technical submittals, and provide regular updates on project performance and financial metricsMinimum QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)Experience:5 years or more managing power infrastructure or mission-critical facility projectsTechnical Knowledge:Demonstrated experience with:Power supply and power distributionCooling systems and thermal managementEnergy efficiency optimizationData center operationsTools:MS Office Suite and proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Jira, or similar)Leadership:Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage diverse stakeholdersSkills:Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to adapt to changing priorities Pay Range USD $130,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.Preferred QualificationsExperience in supporting colocation, hyperscale, enterprise data center businessProfessional Certifications:PMC, PE, DCEP, or ATDKnowledge:Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes Benefit at Delta Electronics Americas Life at Delta EEO Statement Delta Electronics Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
