Solution Architect

To strengthen our team, we are looking for aSOLUTION ARCHITECTROLEThe Solution Architect supports the design and evolution of solution architectures starting with the new digital solutions portfolio in collaboration with senior architects, engineering, product, sales and operations teams.The role combines solution design, technical coordination, documentation and customer-facing activities in an international environment. Working closely with experienced architects, the successful candidate will develop strong architecture, communication and technical consulting skills through customer projects.The position offers a clear growth path toward Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales and Operational leadership responsibilities.PROFILE Contribute to solution architecture and design activities in collaboration with senior architects, product teams and development teams to address business and customer requirementsSupport pre-sales activities by providing technical analysis and contributing to solution proposals and customer discussionsCollaborate with development, product and operations teams to ensure consistency between business needs and technical implementationParticipate in customer workshops and technical discussions with internal and external stakeholdersContribute to architecture and technical documentation supporting project delivery and operational activitiesSupport ongoing projects through coordination, troubleshooting follow-up and technical assistanceParticipate in architecture reviews and continuous improvement initiatives related to delivery processes and operational efficiencyStay informed about modern technologies, cloud-native environments and security best practicesFollow architecture standards, security guidelines and engineering best practicesStructured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindsetCustomer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and international teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong interest in solution architecture and cloud technologiesAbility to work autonomously and proactively in a remote and international setupGood analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesSensitivity to security and compliance topicsWorking knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologiesFluent in English is mandatory; French is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field1-2 years of experience in software engineering, cloud, DevOps, system integration or technical solution designInitial knowledge on modern software architectures, APIs and containerized environmentsInterest in customer-oriented solutioning, technical coordination and architecture activitiesStrong willingness to learn and grow toward a Solution Architect role JOIN US: Our success comes from our highly skilled and talented employees Respectful entrepreneurship and a long-term vision are key for success Our people contribute to a more secure world Diversity at all levels of an organization is a strength Salary Range: $115,000-$127,000 annually depending on education and experience SICPA Securink Corporation is committed to making its electronic and information technologies accessible to individuals with disabilities by meeting or exceeding the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended in 1998.
