And we’re reimagining how space can connect us, ensuring security and prosperity.Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to manage electrical design in Orion Test Laboratories (OTL)!Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Develop detailed electrical wiring schematics for data and power distribution layouts for Orion software/Hardware Test laboratories (ITL, VTB1/HOTH, VTB2/SSDL, CADE) Collaborate with subsystem engineers to define data, electrical loads, routing, and interface requirements. Management of lab test products drawings, procurements, procedures and certifications Artemis III and future mission support of ITL requirements, design, and certificationsDesired Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent engineering work experience Familiarity with Orion spacecraft architecture, subsystems and Orion Flight Hardware architecture Familiarity with Space programs, flight specifications, and/or COTS electronic equipment Harness Electrical design experience Experience in integrated avionics and software test environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Mechanical interconnect experience Voltage Drop Analysis experience Product Lifecycle ownership/managementOther Important InformationBy applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
