Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to support our grinding operations. This role is ideal for someone with basic manufacturing experience who is comfortable operating machinery, following established procedures, and producing quality parts. This is a hands-on position focused on consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.Pay Range: $18$20 per hourExperience Required: 1+ year manufacturing or machine operation experienceKey ResponsibilitiesOperate grinding machines and related automated or robotic equipmentPerform basic machine setup following established instructionsLoad and unload parts and monitor machine operationUse basic hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and indicatorsRead and understand basic blueprints and work instructionsRequired Skills & Qualifications1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experienceComfortable operating machines and following step-by-step instructionsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals to 5 places)Ability to read and understand basic blueprintsBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offExperience:Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)Machine operation: 1 year (Required)Blueprint reading: 1 year (Required)
