Learning & Development InternThe Learning & Development (L&D) Intern will support key onboarding and leadership development initiatives that enhance employee experience, accelerate learning, and strengthen organizational alignment. This role will contribute to two high-impact projects: the Passport to Success: New Leaders Program and the Getting to Know BBG eLearning series.This internship provides hands-on experience in instructional design, program coordination, and corporate learning strategy. The intern will gain exposure to how learning programs are developed, implemented, and scaled to support business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesGetting to Know BBG eLearning SeriesPartner with the L&D team to develop onboarding eLearning modules that highlight business units, industry context, key customers, and cross-functional collaborationConduct research and collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize contentAssist in drafting storyboards, scripts, and module contentBuild and format learning content within the LMS or authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise)Support content review cycles, incorporating feedback and ensuring accuracyMaintain organized documentation of content and development progressNew Leaders Program (Passport to Success)Support planning and coordination of leadership development sessionsPrepare training materials, presentations, and participant resourcesTrack attendance, participation, and program progressAssist with communication to participants and stakeholdersCollect and organize participant feedback and evaluation dataProvide recommendations for program improvements based on feedback and observationsLearning OutcomesBy the end of the internship, the intern will:Gain practical experience in instructional design and eLearning developmentUnderstand how onboarding and leadership programs support organizational strategyDevelop skills in program coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and project managementLearn how to translate complex organizational information into engaging learning contentBuild experience using learning technologies and toolsQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Communications, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesInterest in learning and development, training, or organizational effectivenessProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Canva, and simple video editingPreferred Skills (Not Required)Experience with eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline)Basic understanding of instructional design principlesExperience coordinating events, training sessions, or projectsWhy Join UsThis internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-visibility projects that directly impact employee onboarding and leadership development.
