Illinois medical group is seeking a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician specializing in Geriatrics to join their team. This well established and growing practice has great community support and offers either a 4 or 5 day work week. Minimal call - phone call only; call is to cover your own patients only. Support staff available for each provider. On-site access for labs, X-rays, and DEXA scans MRI and CT Scans both available nearby within the community. EPIC EMR. 2+ years of prior practicing experience is preferred, but not required 2 year base guarantee. Pay range: $300,000-$399,406.
