You also must have a Plumber Contractor License to apply. This role offers consistent, high-volume daily jobs for a professional who can oversee 10-12 plumbers ensuring all residential plumbing and drain cleaning jobs is completed to code. You will split your time working in the office and working in the field supporting plumbers.Responsibilities:Assist in writing accurate estimates on larger jobs.Perform plumbing connections including water lines, drains, and gas hookupsMust have experience in drain cleaning and sewer systemsEnsure all work complies with Michigan plumbing codes and regulations Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-siteMaintain professionalism at customer locationsComplete required job documentationHolding Plumbers accountable for there work and daily responsibilities✅ Requirements:Active Master Plumber License (Michigan) with Plumbing Contractors LicenseExperience with residential plumbing installation and drain cleaning Strong understanding of local plumbing codesAbility to handle a high daily workload Valid driver’s licenseStrong communication and problem-solving skillsProven experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of plumbing codes and regulations.Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques safely.Familiarity with residential plumbing and drain cleaning experience, including teamwork and communication skills.Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for projects.A valid commercial driving license is preferred for transportation of materials to job sites.Previous maintenance person experience or maintenance skills will be considered an asset.
