About Primor HealthPrimor Health is a multi-state, private equity-backed primary care platform focused on empowering providers to deliver meaningful interactions and transform lives through value-based care. With a growing footprint across the Southwest, Primor is scaling through disciplined M&A, de novo expansion, and organic growth, balancing strong fee-for-service fundamentals with a pragmatic roadmap toward value-based care.We are entering our next chapter of growth, focused on scaling infrastructure, driving organic performance, launching de novos, and strengthening enterprise capabilities across the platform.Who You AreYou're a structured thinker and a doer, someone who moves from whiteboard to execution without losing speed or rigor. You hold yourself accountable to outcomes, not activity, and you don't wait to be told when something needs to move. You're comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and have a track record of driving complex initiatives across the finish line. You're quantitatively grounded. You build models, interrogate data, and translate numbers into decisions, whether that's sizing a new market, stress-testing a de novo pro forma, or building the KPI framework that keeps an executive team honest. Analysis is a means to action for you, not an end. You're direct and collaborative in equal measure. You communicate clearly up, down, and across, with the CEO, with PE sponsors, and with operators in the field. You stay steady when things get complicated, and people trust you to represent priorities accurately and move decisions forward without escalating everything. You're drawn to businesses with operational complexity, multi-site, distributed, services-oriented. Healthcare or adjacent experience is a plus, but more important is that you understand what it takes to run something at scale across multiple markets, and you find that problem genuinely interesting.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Enterprise Execution: Own enterprise OKR management and accountability cadence.
