This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, organized professional who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact while working alongside a collaborative legal team.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support throughout the legal process.Coordinate with insurance companies, medical providers, and internal team members to keep cases moving forward.Maintain organized and accurate case files within the firm's case management system.Gather and manage important documentation, including medical records, wage loss information, and insurance correspondence.Assist clients with scheduling appointments and connecting them with appropriate resources.Monitor case progress, identify outstanding items, and proactively follow up to ensure deadlines are met.Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.What We're Looking ForPrevious legal experience required; personal injury experience is a plus.Stable work history with demonstrated tenure in previous positions.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and case management systems.
