Your responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service to prom attendees and wedding parties, ensuring they leave with a smile and the intent to return or refer others. Precisely completing customer sizings and fittings to guarantee the perfect fit every time. Solving problems strategically and adapting to the fast-paced environment to meet the needs of our clients. Contributing to the fun and dynamic atmosphere of our store, making every interaction memorable. The Ideal Candidate: Has a passion for fashion and formalwear Exhibits excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Is a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accurate sizings and fittings Thrives in a lively, fast-paced setting and enjoys being part of a team Demonstrates reliability and the ability to adapt to varying workloads Previous experience in retail or formalwear is a plus but not a requirement This position is perfect for someone looking to immerse themselves in the world of formal fashion and help our clients look their best for their most important moments.
