Job Summary: The Trigger Assembler and tester will be responsible for building and testing triggers using hand tools and work instructions. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and manual dexterity to ensure that the final product meets the required specifications. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Read and follow work instructions to assemble triggers using hand tools, such as pliers, screwdrivers, and torque wrenches. · Use precision measuring tools, such as pull weight gauges and calipers, to verify that the triggers meet the required specifications. · Inspect components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards before and after assembly. · Identify and report any defects or issues with the components or assembly process. · Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet production targets. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: · High school diploma or equivalent. · Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred. · Familiarity with hand tools and precision measuring instruments. · Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity. · Ability to read and follow work instructions and interpret engineering drawings. · Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. · Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. WORKING CONDITIONS: Our Trigger Assembler/Testers will work in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and other airborne particles. The position may require standing for extended periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds. Protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves, may be required. The work schedule may include weekends or overtime, depending on production needs.
