Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, fostering client relationships, providing outstanding customer service, collaborating with insurance providers for claims and estimates, and driving sales goals. The role also involves regularly communicating with clients and coordinating project-related details to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes.As a CAM, you become the face of NEXGEN in your market.
