Position Summary: The Temporary Benefits Coordinator supports the administration of employee benefits programs within a complex, multi vendor environment. This role is responsible for benefits data integrity, system file feeds, open enrollment execution, and employee onboarding support. The position plays a critical role in stabilizing and improving benefits operations through data cleanup, process execution, and system connectivity.Essential Functions:Benefits AdministrationAdministers employee benefits programs including enrollments, changes, and terminationsEnsures accurate processing of benefits transactions across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systemsResponds to employee inquiries and resolves benefits related issuesData Integrity and CleanupConducts audits of benefits data across multiple systems and vendorsIdentifies discrepancies and executes data cleanup to ensure alignment and accuracyMaintains documentation and audit trails for compliance and reportingExecutes structured data cleanup and reconciliation efforts to restore accuracy and alignment across systemsFile Feeds and Systems ManagementMaintain ongoing enrollment transactions while working with HR leadership to build, test, and maintain benefits eligibility and enrollment file feeds.Monitors file transmissions and proactively resolves errors in a timely mannerPartners with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot integration issuesDocuments file layouts, processes, and ongoing maintenance requirementsOpen Enrollment Planning and ExecutionSupports planning and execution of open enrollment for all benefit programs and employee groupsCoordinates timelines, system setup, and data validation for open enrollment readinessAssists with employee communications, materials, and enrollment support during the open enrollment periodEnsures accurate processing and reconciliation of elections post enrollmentBenefits Environment ComplexitySupports multiple employee populations with distinct benefit structures and eligibility rulesCoordinates across multiple benefit providers, including internal plans, MLB group programs, and international offeringsManages global benefit considerations, including coverage for employees traveling internationally (e.g., BCBS Global Core)Navigates varying enrollment processes, timelines, and system limitations across plansEmployee Onboarding and EducationFacilitates benefits orientation sessions for new hiresSupports onboarding by ensuring timely and accurate benefits enrollmentProvides clear and consistent communication regarding benefits offeringsProcess Execution and ImprovementExecutes established benefits processes while identifying gaps or inefficienciesRecommends improvements to enhance accuracy, scalability, and user experienceQualifications & Requirements:5 to 10 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operationsExperience working in a complex benefits environment with multiple vendors preferredStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExperience with UKG and benefits file feeds highly preferredAbility to manage sensitive information with confidentialityStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsWorking ConditionsTemporary assignmentWork environment and schedule based on business needsPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of working on a computerAbility to communicate effectively in person and virtuallyWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.Job Questions:How many years of UKG / Ultipro experience do you have?How would you describe your benefit administration and related compliance adherence experience?
