Additionally, the well-qualified candidate will have the following education and experience.Education And/or ExperienceMeets all job specific education requirements as deemed necessary.2 years’ experience in the quality control or 2 years in chemical production.Associate Degree or equivalent in science field is a plus; training is considered a plus.Work EnvironmentWork is typically performed inside an office and a manufacturing facility with various temperatures and humidity. Various operations in the plant generate noise, dust, vapor and fumes in the normal course of production. The Company has been and is committed to eliminate theseconditions to the extent possible through the application of design engineering. When necessary personal protective equipment may be required to include, but not limited to: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, face shields, uniforms, respirators, etc. The Company also provides a variety of safety equipment to keep all associates safe and within OSHA standards.
