What you will be doing . . .
Ensure consistent and quality customer experience through execution of delivering AMAZING drinks, AMAZINGLY fast, and creating the Scooter’s AMAZING customer service experience
Assists the store manager in managing a profitable store, reviewing controllable expenses, and monitoring labor costs.
Support ongoing performance feedback and development for staff members, in partnership with the Store Manager
Contribute to store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales and by managing expenses
Maintain awareness of daily, weekly, and quarterly financial reports
Maintain final accountability for store operations including ordering, scheduling and inventory counts.

1 year of supervisory experience preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $18.85 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
