The Lead Photographer will oversee all aspects of photo shoots, including planning, directing, and executing volume sessions to deliver outstanding results for clients. Key responsibilities include managing photography sessions, editing images, maintaining photography equipment, and collaborating with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met. The role also involves mentoring junior photographers and contributing to the growth of the business with innovative ideas and strategies.QualificationsProficiency in Photography and advanced knowledge of lighting, composition, and post-processing techniquesExperience with Photo Editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other industry-standard toolsStrong Project Management skills, including the ability to plan and execute multiple projects efficientlyExcellent Communication and Client Interaction skills, with a professional and approachable demeanorAbility to manage and maintain photography equipment in top working conditionProven leadership skills, with experience mentoring or managing team membersFlexibility to adapt to creative and logistical challenges in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with volume photography and portrait photography is a plusBachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
