As an expert-level Python Developer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing AI/ML technologies that address critical environmental challenges. Your expertise will ensure that our clients can fully harness the potential of their data, driving impactful solutions that support their strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to deliver robust and scalable solutions in the maritime and climate sectors.Key Responsibilities:Python Development: Lead the development and optimization of AI/ML technologies using Python, ensuring high performance and scalability.Stream Processing: Implement and manage data pipelines using Kafka to handle large-scale data streams efficiently.Workflow Automation: Design and maintain data workflows using Airflow, ensuring seamless integration and automation of processes.Advanced Tools: Utilize advanced tools such as LangChain, ChatGPT, OLLMA, and Retrieval Augmented Generators to enhance data analysis and improve model performance.Cloud Platforms: Deploy and manage AI/ML applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, ensuring scalability and security.Data Management: Work with Druid, PostgreSQL, and pgvector to manage and query large datasets, optimizing data retrieval and processing.Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development efforts with business objectives and client needs.Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate AI/ML solutions.Requirements:Python: Expert-level proficiency in Python for developing and optimizing AI/ML technologies.C++, Go, Rust: Strong experience with C++, Go, and Rust for performance-critical applications.Linux: Extensive experience working in Linux environments.Kafka: Proficiency in using Kafka for stream processing and data pipeline management.Airflow: Experience with Airflow for workflow automation and management.Advanced Tools: Hands-on experience with LangChain, ChatGPT, OLLMA, and Retrieval Augmented Generators.Cloud Platforms: Strong background in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.Data Management: Proficiency with Druid, PostgreSQL, and pgvector for data management and optimization.SQL: Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges efficiently.Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
