The Product Operations Manager will provide leadership for the Compressor business unit by helping to set the direction for product and process improvements and by motivating their staff to accomplish project assignments. With general direction, you will develop staff to improve the organization's efficiency and capabilities and provide technical leadership for products and processes required to satisfy our internal and external customers by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
