Assessor Supervisor - Lower Bucks

Qualifications:Education/ Training:Must hold a master's degree from an accredited college or university with a recognized clinical discipline. Must hold clinical licensure in Pennsylvania. (LPC, LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, PsyD). A minimum two years of supervisory experience. Experience:Master's Degree with at least 2 years of clinical experience Your responsibilities in this role may include:Provides leadership and guidance to the assessment center staff and oversight of their related caseloads and schedules Provides reliable trending analysis of current and past data related to number of assessments, LOC, appropriateness of placements, and program of choice, length of stay, and days authorized by specific insurance companies Design, develop and implement training and evaluation procedures for specialty staff Collaborates closely with medical team, program management team, and assessors, to develop, implement, and evaluate the screening assessment, and admissions process, as well as the overall quality of the services provided by Assessment staff Provides the assessment team with appropriate training to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards which govern the department Develop and implement procedures to ensure completion of records and correspondence while maintaining compliance with confidentially procedures and all applicable state/federal regulations Oversees all aspects of PA WITS documentation, to include auditing the SCA files for accuracy, follow-up documentation and discharge status Develops, establishes and maintains procedures and policies to ensure maximum bed occupancy for programs of Gaudenzia Ensure accurate, timely, clinically appropriate, etc. documentation to secure initial authorizations within the required timeframe for programs assigned to your department Attend all staff meetings, management meetings, strategic planning meetings, etc. Oversight of the procedures for the completion of all required fiscal and LOC documentation as it relates to assessments, admissions, and utilization reviews in coordination with Program Director Develop and maintain relationships with all funding sources Possess a solid knowledge of pre-assessment and pre-certification review processes and must be able to perform appeal reviews Participate in scheduled activities such as treatment team meetings, case consultations, feedback meeting, management meeting, intake meeting and administrative meetings as well as all other activities and functions for client care Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and conferences; reviews professional publications; establishes personal networks, participates in professional societies Stays current with changes in State and Federal laws and regulations in areas of insurance/third party payers Attend meetings/functions and represent Gaudenzia at appropriate community affairs What We Offer: Competitive Pay - Excellent Benefits - On The Job Training - Upward mobility - Educational assistance to help you grow with us in this life saving field!
