The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Roles and Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms continuouslyAdminister IV medications, drips, blood products, and critical care treatments as orderedOperate and monitor ICU equipment including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumpsRespond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergency situationsCollaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teamsDocument patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMREducate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing careFollow hospital safety guidelines, infection prevention standards, and critical care protocolsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 18 months of recent Critical Care/ICU experience requiredMust have at least 18 months of permanent ICU experience prior to travel assignmentsActive Ohio RN License or Compact State License required at time of submissionAHA BLS certification requiredAHA ACLS certification requiredApidel Technologies Job ID #API3637.About Apidel TechnologiesAt Apidel Technologies LLC, we specialize in delivering high-impacthealthcare staffing solutions that empower organizations to maintainoperational excellence and deliver exceptional patient care.
