What we do require is the ability to safely and effectively perform tasks that involve reaching, lifting, and handling materials at various elevations using provided equipment when needed.What You'll DoAssist with package staging, movement, and general production tasksRetrieve and position materials stored on higher rack levels (with proper tools/equipment as needed)Operate within a fast-paced, team-oriented distillery environmentMaintain safety, cleanliness, and quality standardsSupport additional production duties as needed (and earn overtime while doing it!)What We're Looking ForAbility to lift, carry, and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs safelyComfortable working at various heights and reaching overheadA dependable worker who shows up on time and takes pride in craftsmanshipExperience in manufacturing, warehousing, or bottling is a plusbut we'll train the right personA good sense of humor doesn't hurt eitherWhat You GetFirst-shift schedule (hello, free evenings!)Overtime opportunitiesCompetitive payA role in one of Indiana's most iconic industriesA team that treats you like familyas long as you're okay occasionally grabbing something off the top rackInterested?
