HVAC & Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Technician

Job Description We're looking for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Preventative Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in keeping equipment running at peak performance.Responsibilities:Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systemsInspect belts, motors, filters, coils, drains, and electrical connectionsClean condenser and evaporator coilsCheck refrigerant pressures and temperaturesDocument all findings and recommendations in service reportsCommunicate any repair needs or system concerns to dispatch or service managersMaintain safety standardsProvide professional, courteous service at all customer locationsRequirements:Valid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders or rooftopsStrong communication and time management skillsMust be reliable, punctual, and self-motivatedPreferred Experience:Commercial PM experience (restaurants, c-stores, retail)Familiarity with ice machines, walk-ins, rooftop units, and split systemsBasic troubleshooting abilityCompany Description*** Veteran Owned & Operated ***At ASM Mechanical, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration solutions and services to our valued customers.
