For our client, we are seeking a Lead Builder - Artificial Intelligence (AI) Studio to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.This role will lead the design and delivery of production-ready AI agents and workflows that improve how business teams operate across the organization. You will work closely with core engineering, business stakeholders, and IT partners to prototype solutions quickly while ensuring strong governance, data privacy, and operational control. The position also includes setting best practices, defining guardrails, and mentoring other builders as AI capabilities scale across business units.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $116,400 – $186,200 annuallyResponsibilities Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows using low-code/no-code tools Collaborate with core engineering to integrate APIs and databases into solutions Create rapid prototypes using a governance-first approach Embed monitoring and performance optimization in deployed AI solutions Analyze how AI agents fit into broader workflows and identify integration points Define operational guardrails for data access and human oversight Lead and mentor other builders across business units, establishing best practicesQualifications 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis (BSA) or related fields with a history of mapping workflows 2+ years of hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms for building digital solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise, and workflow tools like Power Automate Strong understanding of enterprise governance and data privacy frameworks Ability to adapt quickly to rapidly changing technologies and learn new platforms swiftly Excellent communication skills for collaborating with business and IT teamsBenefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans Generous paid time off and parental leave Life insurance and a 401(k) plan with company match Mental health coverage and support for diverse needs Community involvement opportunities and associate discountsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
