Position Overview:At Divine Health Miami, we are seeking a warm, professional, and patient-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our integrative and regenerative medical practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and compassionate environment for individuals seeking personalized care for chronic pain, chronic disease, and natural medicine treatments. We are looking for someone who aligns with our mission of providing attentive, heartfelt care and who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our front office.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of our practice.Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments with accuracy and efficiency.Help maintain patients who may want to cancel their appointments and provide potential new patients with pertinent information to help them decide to schedule an appointment.Assist with marketing events and follow up with leads received from marketing events to convert them to patients.Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including verifying insurance information and collecting payments as necessary.Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring that all materials are up to date and readily available.Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and facilitate smooth communication between patients and providers.Handle patient records with confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies as needed.Address and resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.Assist in creating content for social media and manage social medial content calendarMaintain inventory managementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (in both English and Spanish), with a focus on positive and professional interactions.Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to enhancing the patient experience.Applicants with medical assistant certification preferredApplicants with experience in medical billing preferredWhy Join Us?At our medical practice, we believe that every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.
