Restaurant Maintenance Technician | Augusta, SCShare Apply Full-time Up to $70,000.00 per yearBOJ OF WNC/TN, LLCJob Title: Maintenance TechnicianSupervisor: Director of Maintenance and Director of FacilitiesFLSA Status: Salary Non-ExemptPrerequisite:Prior restaurant maintenance experienceUp-to-date certifications in refrigeration and HVACTraveling to Saluda, Edgefield, and Augusta, GA is required, and a vehicle will be providedDuties and ResponsibilitiesRepair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structuresInstall machinery systemsQuality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working orderPerform minor building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs as necessaryImplement preventative maintenance measures.Maintain inventory of repair equipment and suppliesComplete inspections of restaurants with RVP's and AD's when necessary.Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel, and follow safety protocolPerform other maintenance duties as requested.Follow up and complete the store maintenance list.Send in completed work tickets and time sheets for the previous week on Monday.Keep company vehicles clean and maintained.Communicate any maintenance items that need to be replaced if they can't be fixed or cost too much due to age or condition of equipment.Communicate to the store manager, ADs, and RDOs on the status of repairsPhysical RequirementsOccasional lifting up to 40 lbs +Frequent: Climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, kneeling.
