Be part of it.Summary Of PositionProvide support to Quality and Manufacturing in the areas of Quality Control and Product release. Participate in activities such as inspecting and testing products to ensure they meet specified quality standards, documentations of results, releasing products to inventory, redaction and approval of certificates to customers’ requirements and other duties as assigned by the Head of Quality Management.Essential Functions And DutiesPerform activities such as Inspecting and testing samples of productsPerform product acceptance at incoming and product release to inventoryData entry of inspection in ERP systemManage daily priorities to ensure deliveriesSupport Production with product evaluation and controlDrafting and approving Product certificationDocument non conformance and support investigationsIdentify areas for improvement; recommend and implement solutionsSupport on-going compliance through re-validation evaluationParticipating in team meetings and departmental objectivesProduct ReleaseNon-essential Functions And DutiesMaintain job related processes / work instructionsOther duties may be assigned by the Head of Quality ManagementMinimum QualificationsHigh school diplomat or equivalent experience3 years’ of experience performing a Quality function in a related fieldPreferred QualificationsGeneral inspection, metrology and laboratory processes and equipment knowledgeWorking knowledge in regulated environmentEffective verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical problem-solving skillsInterpersonal skillsWord, Excel, Project, statistical software computer skillsPhysical AttributesObserve and hear warning signs and signals within all areas of the companyMay stand or sit for up to 8 hours at a time at a given work stationMay lift up to 25 lbs at any given timeWill be working in a fast-paced, team environmentWork EnvironmentWork is performed in a manufacturing environmentThe employee may occasionally be exposed to dustThe noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderateWill work in a fast-paced, team environment“Hourly Base range between $26.61 and $32.52.
