Now Hiring: Elevator Service ManagerBronx, NY | Full-Time | On-SiteB P Elevator Co., a family-owned and operated elevator company since 1981, is seeking an experienced Elevator Service Manager to join our team in the Bronx.For over 45 years, BP Elevator has proudly served all five boroughs of New York City, providing expert elevator maintenance, emergency repairs, modernizations, violation removal and code compliance services. Our company is built on fast response times, safety-driven service, and long-standing relationships with building owners and property managers throughout NYC.We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership, communication and organizational skills to oversee daily service operations and support our growing team.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations of the service department• Manage and support field mechanics• Dispatch service calls and schedule maintenance work• Troubleshoot escalated service issues• Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service• Prepare service reports, billing coordination, and documentation• Coordinate parts ordering and maintain knowledge of elevator components• Work closely with office staff, mechanics, management, and customers to ensure seamless service deliveryQualifications:✔ Minimum 5 years of elevator industry experience required✔ Strong managerial and leadership abilities✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills✔ Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment✔ Friendly, professional demeanor that works well with all personalities✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office📩 Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by sending their resume to nicole@bpelevator.com
