This role combines hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality software delivery and guiding a team of developers. Role: Java Backend Lead Developer with PCF Location: Southlake, TX (3 Days Onsite) Experience: 9+ Years of Experience Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Designs and develop enterprise-grade, high-volume backend systems using Java/JEE and related technologies. Oversee the full development lifecycle—requirement gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to a team of developers. Architects and integrates RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend interfaces with databases, caching, and messaging systems. Ensures code quality and reliability through best practices like Test‑Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps integration.
