We are looking for a Construction Superintendent for a Hotel Renovation Construction Company.Salary: $75,000-$90,000Location: Can live anywhere in the US - West AND East CoastCompany Overview: Leading Construction Management company dedicated to hotel renovations. We are committed to delivering tailored renovation solutions to our customers and creating a positive impact in the hospitality industry.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from start to completion. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining the project schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction procedures, regulations, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:Plan and schedule construction activities in accordance with project timelinesCoordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project executionDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on timeSite Management:Supervise all construction activities and personnel on-siteMonitor and enforce compliance with building and safety regulationsConduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with specificationsBudget and Resource Management:Manage project budget and track expensesProcure materials and equipment necessary for construction activitiesNegotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutionsTeam Leadership and Communication:Lead, motivate, and manage the construction team, including subcontractors and laborersCommunicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders regularlyResolve conflicts or issues that arise during construction promptly and effectivelySafety and Quality Control:Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-siteEnsure that all work meets quality standards and specificationAddress any safety or quality concerns immediatelyQualifications:Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in construction management.
