What You’ll Do
Responsible for providing daily guidance and support to customer service representatives, completing daily work assignments, answering inquiries, and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and service.
Responsible for training and educating representatives, monitoring work performance and providing feedback.
Works closely with the Customer Service AVP to assist with various other functions and duties within the department.
Provides daily direction and communication to representatives to ensure that customer service calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Prepares various reports and processes daily work such as posting corrections, fee adjustments, and other miscellaneous requests and documentation.
Assists the department with answering calls, emails, and mail as needed to maintain service levels.
Qualifications
Ability to work 10am-7pm shift
2-3 years customer contact experience preferred
Leadership ability
Prior management experience preferred
Experience in Insurance or Financial industry a plus
2 days per week on-site in Northbrook, IL

The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
