We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries.About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to grow and scale our Software Engineering teams. You will be responsible for building the candidate pipeline and driving a passive talent engagement strategy. You will work closely with the hiring teams and recruiters to develop creative solutions to identify and engage top talent. This is a unique and extremely impactful opportunity to help advance the business by not only engaging top talent across the engineering org, but by also acting as a subject matter expert and owner of market trends and insights.What You'll DoPartner with recruiters to understand job requirements.
