Reporting to the Director-Technical Accountingand External Reporting, this role will work closely with senior teammembers to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance withaccounting standards, and high-quality documentation while gainingexposure to complex accounting areas and regulatory requirements. KeyResponsibilities: \* Assist in researching and analyzing technicalaccounting matters under U.S. GAAP and documenting conclusions inaccounting memos. \* Significant involvement in the preparation ofexternal financial reporting, including footnotes and disclosures forquarterly and annual reports. \* Monitor new accounting standards andassist with adoption and implementation efforts. \* Coordinate withexternal auditors to support quarterly reviews and annual audits,including preparation of audit support. \* Help maintain and updateaccounting policies, procedures, and documentation. \* Participate inprocess improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, closeactivities, and internal controls. \* Collaborate with cross-functionalteams on accounting-related matters. \* Support special projects such astransactions, system enhancements, or reporting optimizationinitiatives.
