This individual will partner closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and operational leadership to drive product enhancements, workflow improvements, and strategic initiatives across multiple platforms.This role is focused on true Product Ownership -not just requirements gathering. The ideal candidate is someone who can think strategically, prioritize effectively, communicate confidently across teams, and independently drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and prioritize product backlogs, features, and enhancement requests across multiple initiativesPartner with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to define product direction and business prioritiesLead feature ownership from concept through delivery while balancing business value, user experience, and technical considerationsDrive workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives across operational systemsParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectivesAnalyze user workflows, identify friction points, and recommend scalable solutionsSupport decision-making related to integrations, downstream operational impacts, and future platform enhancementsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical executionQualifications3+ years of experience specifically in a Product Owner role requiredWilling to go onsite up to 4 days.
