Program Lead

YAI is seeking a Program professional to oversee Holbrook-based services at Gerald Drive, coordinating health, safety, and habilitation for people we support. The role covers supervision, documentation, and collaboration across departments in a full-time schedule from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. The candidate should have a BA/BS, prior supervisory experience, and a background in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental health concerns.
