This role leads the production side of the company and is ideal for an engineer who wants to take ownership and make a real impact.Manage multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycleDevelop and improve standard operating proceduresOversee resources, timelines, budgets, and client requestsPerform engineering work from energy modeling and design to writing commissioning plansHandle engineering projects from start to finish while knowing when and how to delegate tasks to team members or subcontractorsBuild strong client relationships and maintain high standards of project management and deliveryMinimum RequirementsBachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical EngineeringActive Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing in at least one stateFive years of direct industry experience in mechanical engineering design, including work in HVAC designTwo years of experience as a project engineerOne year of experience managing junior personnelPlease see complete position description for other important skills and competenciesCompany DescriptionDMA Engineering is a Colorado-based eMEP engineering firm, recognized for its expertise in sustainable eMEP solutions and energy-efficient design.
