If you believe in structure, boundaries, empathy, and seeing the world through a child's perspective—you belong here.Youth Counselor – What You'll DoAs a Youth Counselor, you'll work directly with residents (primarily males ages 10–15), helping create a safe, therapeutic and structured environment.
