We are a fast-growing, venture-backed company building the future of real estate.Required Experience & Qualifications5+ years of proven B2B sales experienceSaaS, PropTech, or real estate sales experience strongly preferredConsistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasExperience selling to real estate agents, brokerages, or teams preferredTitle and escrow sales experience is a strong plusDeep understanding of the real estate industryBlockchain, Web3, or cryptocurrency knowledge is a plusExcellent cold calling skills with the ability to consistently complete 50+ outbound calls per dayStrong objection handling, negotiation, and closing abilitiesExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsExperience executing multi-channel outbound prospecting, including phone, email, and LinkedInProficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpotStrong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environmentPrevious remote work experience requiredKey ResponsibilitiesProspect and generate new business through outbound cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreachQualify inbound and outbound leads while maintaining a high level of activity (50+ outbound calls per day)Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with real estate agents, teams, and brokeragesEducate prospects on Propy's AI-powered title and escrow platform and demonstrate its valueBuild trusted relationships that drive new business, repeat transactions, and referralsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract executionConsistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotasDevelop strategic territory and account plans to maximize revenue opportunitiesMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer data in HubSpotStay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developmentsPartner with marketing, customer success, and operations to ensure an exceptional customer experienceParticipate in ongoing sales training, coaching, team meetings, and industry eventsWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently exceeds monthly and quarterly revenue targetsMaintains high outbound activity and pipeline generationBuilds strong relationships with agents, teams, and brokeragesEffectively communicates Propy's value proposition and differentiatorsThrives in a performance-driven startup culture where speed, accountability, and continuous improvement are expected
